ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.92 of 2015 pending on the file of the first respondent Police.

2.The learned Government Advocate would submit that the respondent Police after investigation, have filed a closure report before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Tenkasi on 10.09.2015. 3.In view of the same, nothing further survives in this Criminal Original Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, CrlMP(MD)No.11203 of 2017 is closed.
