For Petitioner : Mr.C.Mayilvahana Rajendran For Respondent : Mr.R.Saravanan (in both petitions) COMMON ORDER These present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are filed seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.Nos.54 and 82 of 2019 now pending on the file of the Sub Court, Uthamapalayam to the file of the Family Court, Madurai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.

3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions for transfer. Accordingly, H.M.O.P.Nos.54 and 82 of 2019 now pending on the file of the Sub Court, Uthamapalayam are directed to be withdrawn from the said Court and transferred to the file of the III Additional Sub Court, Madurai as per law.

4. In fine, these Transfer Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
