This petition is filed to direct the respondents 1&2 not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the 3rd respondent's complaint, which is purely civil in nature and also direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to give adequate protection to the petitioner and his family members' life and limb.
