ORDER
The relief sought for by the petitioner is to direct the respondents 1 to 3, to prevent the fourth respondent or any other person from carrying out illegal mining activities in the temple lands.
2. It is stated by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petition in this regard received by the respondent police has been enquired and closed and now, there is no such illegal mining. The said statement is recorded.
3. In view of the above, no further direction is required in this petition.
Hence, the writ petition is dismissed.
