: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to grant permission to conduct the "Adal Padal" dance program on 30.04.2018 from 09.00 p.m., to 12.00 a.m., in pursuance to the "Chittirai" festival of the "Arulmigu Poorna Pushpakalambika, Sametha Sri Ayyanar Arulmigu Sundara Appachi and Arulmigu Sri Kaliyamman Temple" situated in Sevvaipatti Village, Karambakudi Taluk, Pudukottai District.

O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with the present Writ Petition seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to grant permission to conduct "Adal Padal" dance program on 30.04.2018 from 09.00 p.m., to 12.00 a.m., in pursuance to the "Chittirai" festival of the "Arulmigu Poorna Pushpakalambika, Sametha Sri Ayyanar Arulmigu Sundara Appachi and Arulmigu Sri Kaliyamman Temple" situated in Sevvaipatti Village, Karambakudi Taluk, Pudukottai District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. The petitioner has made a representation on 17.04.2018 as the president of the Village for conducting "Adal Padal" dance program in the aforesaid temple.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has objected that he is not a representative or trustee of the Temple or the committee of the Vizha Kzhuvinar or the organizer of the festival committee as per the conditions imposed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.7911 of 2018, dated 12.04.2018.

5. In view of the above, this Court cannot entertain the present Writ Petition filed by the petitioner. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. It is open to the parties concerned to approach the authorities for making a fresh representation. No costs.
