This writ petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein to take follow-up action upon the representation of the petitioner dated 09.10.2018.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents.
3. The petitioner has made a representation dated 09.10.2018 to the respondents, to take action against her husband and in-laws and since no order has been passed, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.
4. The petitioner is now directed to file a fresh representation to the respondent police and on such representation, the second respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
