The relief sought in this writ petition cannot be granted. The petitioner will have to move the Civil Court to get the impugned sale deed cancelled. This writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable. This Court has not gone into the merits of the matter. The petitioner's right are left open. 2.With liberty to move the Civil Court, this writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable. No costs.
