Side] appearing for the State seeks three [3] months time to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.305 of 2019, on the file of the respondents.

3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.305 of 2019, within a period of three [3] months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
