RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honble Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.373/2022 dated 11/01/2022 in respect of the case in Crime No.4/2022 pending on the file of the Respondent Police. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JEYARAM SIDHARTH N, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.373 of 2022, dated 11.01.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition till today, without fail.

3. The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

4. Since the petitioners are complying with the condition without fail and there are no adverse remarks as against the petitioners, the condition is fully relaxed.
