ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner wants inclusion of the names of her mother, herself and her sister in the revenue record in respect of the petition mentioned property. The property originally stood in the name of her father. The petitioner has given a representations dated 30.04.2018 and 03.01.2019 to the second respondent in this regard.

3. The second respondent is directed to consider the said representations and pass orders thereon within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. With the aforesaid direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
