This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to register the complaint on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 06.11.2017.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that during the enquiry, it was advised to the petitioner to pay Rs.27,000/- [Rupees Twenty Seven Thousand only] to the finance company to get back the vehicle. Hence, the complaint was closed.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the parties to approach the competent Forum.
