Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The matter relates to completion of a tender process. The learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent corporation states that the technical bids are being evaluated. The price bid will be opened tomorrow ie., 08.03.2019 after due intimation to the petitioner regarding the time and venue.

3.Recording the same, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
