Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent states that the petitioner's application would be duly numbered and disposed of on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The said submission is placed on record. It is made clear that this Court has not pronounced anything on the merits of the matter. The respondent shall hear all the interested parties before passing final orders. It is open to the authorities to pass orders one way or the other.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
