ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 430 of IPC, based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 24.10.2017. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the enquiry was conducted on the petitioner's complaint, and the same was closed, stating that the petitioner has made a false complaint against the proposed accused.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has disputed the said fact and requested this Court to grant liberty to the petitioner to appear before the concerned Jurisdictional Court seeking appropriate relief.

4.In view of the above submission, the respondents are directed to serve a copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

this order. On receipt of such report the petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned Jurisdictional Court seeking appropriate relief.

5.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
