This petition has been filed for a direction to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.255 of 2013. 2.The learned Government Advocate would submit that the respondent Police after investigation have filed a final report as 'Action Dropped' before the Judicial Magistrate, Nagercoil on 17.07.2014.
