PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvadanai, Ramanathapuram District to dispose of the case in STC.No.467/2017 pending on the file of the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruvadanai, Ramanathapuram district, within a time fixed by this Hon'ble Court. ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvadanai, Ramanathapuram District to dispose of the case in STC.No.467/2017 pending on the file of the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruvadanai, Ramanathapuram district, within a time fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the case is pending trial without any progress.

3. Under such circumstances , there shall be a direction to the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvadanai, Ramanathapuram District to dispose the case pending in STC No. 467 of 2017 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings. Further the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail and co-operate for trial.
