This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the second respondent Police to register FIR on the basis of the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivagangai in Cr.M.P.No.953 of 2019 dated 26.11.2019.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the First Information Report has been registered in Crime No.13 of 2020.

3. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
