O R D E R

The petitioner sent a complaint dated 09.11.2017 to the District Collector with a copy to the Vigilance and AntiCorruption and has thereafter, filed the present petition for a direction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to register an FIR.

2. At the outset, this petition is not maintainable, in the light of the law laid down by this Court in Sugesan Transport Pvt. Ltd., v. the Assistant Commissioner of Police, J2 Adyar Police Station, Chennai and another reported in 2016(5) CTC 577.

3. However, this Court perused the complaint dated 09.11.2017. In the said complaint, the petitioner has made vague allegations against one Marimuthu, Village Administrative Officer. The https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

complaint does not disclose the commission of a cognizable offence at all and is merely an attempt by the petitioner to wreak vengeance against the said Marimuthu for reasons best known to him. If such complaints are entertained, it will demoralise the bureaucracy.
