This writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned order of the fourth respondent dated 01.03.2019. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the fourth respondent submitted that subsequent to the filing of the present writ petition, the impugned order of the fourth respondent had already been cancelled by the proceedings dated 07.03.2019 in Rc.No.6171/2018/GE 2.1. A copy of the said proceedings dated 07.03.2019 has been produced before the Court for perusal. 3.Recording the same, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
