ORDER

The prayer sought for in the writ petition is for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner for appointment under compassionate ground by considering the petitioner's representation dated 23.09.2013 and 28.11.2017. 2.Heard Mr.T.Lenin Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.D.Muruganantham, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 3.By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 4.Today, when the matter is taken up for admission, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has produced a proceedings issued by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.A2/3659/2013 dated 18.11.2014. order, the request of the petitioner has been considered and has been rejected as not feasible.

5.In view of the said order passed by the second respondent, rejecting the request of the petitioner seeking compassionate appointment, the question of entertaining the present writ petition with the present prayer does not arise and therefore, recording the said proceedings issued by the second respondent dated 18.11.2014, this writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy, if he is so aggrieved against the order passed by the second respondent dated 18.11.2014.
