ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he has filed the Civil Revision Petition challenging the jurisdiction of Principal District Court, Madurai entertaining the application of Tr.O.P.No.66 of 2014. Now the suit in O.S.No.119 of 2009 itself is disposed of. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are dismissed.
