PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to directing the Respondents 1 to 3 to give adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner based on the representation of the petitioner dated 21.03.2022. For Petitioner : Mr.V.Karuna For Respondents : Mr.R.M.Anbunithi No.1 to 3 Additional Public Prosecutor

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to give adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner based on the representation of the petitioner dated 21.03.2022.

2.It is seen that the representation given by the petitioner dated 21.03.2022 to the respondents 1 to 3 is pending without any progress.

3. In view of the same, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the fourth resopndent and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
