This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the 2nd respondent to register the FIR, based on the petitioner's complaint dated 24.03.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint given by the petitioner, a petition enquiry was conducted and the same has been closed. He further submitted that the complainant himself stated before the respondents, not to proceed with the complaint, and he has also produced a copy of the report before this Court.
