ORDER

Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner seeks issuance of death certificate of his father. The petitioner's father passed away on 06.08.1993. It is the second respondent who is the authority competent to register and issue certificate. The second respondent has sought report from the third respondent. The communication dated 07.02.2023 sent by the second respondent to the third respondent has been enclosed in the typed set of papers. The third respondent was to conclude enquiry and submit report to the second respondent. It is submitted by the learned Special Government Pleader that the third respondent has already submitted report in this regard to the second respondent. The second respondent shall pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
