O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition seeking a direction, directing the respondents to grant permission for conducting Aadal Padal cultural program on 28.04.2018 from 9.00 P.M., onwards during the temple festival of Sri Pathinettampadi Karuppar Temple, Senthani Village, C.K.Mangalam Post, Thiruvadanai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 09.04.2018.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner being the Secretary of the Village Ilangar Mandram made a representation to the first respondent seeking the aforesaid relief.

3.The said representation cannot be directed to be considered in view of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.7911 of 2018, dated 12.04.2018, since in the said order, it has been stated that the application shall be submitted only by the trustees of the Temple or the committee of the Vizha Kzhuvinar or the organizers of the festival committee before the concerned respondent police. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Therefore, the present writ petition is dismissed. However, if the concerned office bearers make any application before the second respondent, the same shall be considered on merits and in accordance with law. No costs.
