PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 /582 of Cr.P.C / BNSS, to set aside the impugned order passed in Crl.M.P.No.168 of 2025 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil, thereby allowing this petitioner to produce the sureties before the Court concerned as directed in Crl.M.P.No.2334 of 2024 before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil.

ORDER
This Petition has been filed under Section 482 / 582 of Cr.P.C / BNSS, 2023, seeking to set aside the impugned order passed in Crl.M.P.No.168 of 2025, on the file 1/3
of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil, thereby, allowing this petitioner to produce the sureties before the Court concerned as directed in Crl.M.P.No.2334 of 2024, dated 29.04.2024 before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil.
2. Mr.A.M.B.Mathu Balan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that due to non-availability of sureties and his ill health conditions, the petitioner was unable to arrange the sureties in time. He further submits that the petitioner has filed an extension petition before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil in Crl.M.P.No.168 of 2025 and the same was dismissed vide order dated 10.01.2025. Hence, he requests before this Court to set aside the impugned order passed in Crl.M.P.No.168 of 2025 passed by the Court below and permit the petitioner to produce the sureties before the concerned Court.
3. Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent-Police has no objection to allow this petition.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and also considering the reasons stated in the petition, and also considering the request made by the 2/3
petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and time is extended till 16.04.2025 to comply the order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil in Crl.M.P.No.2334 of 2024 dated 29.04.2024. sd/- 28/03/2025 / TRUE COPY / /04/2025 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.
