2. Mr.C.Ezhilarasu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner is facing some difficulty in appearing before the respondent-Police. Hence, he prays for a modification of the condition imposed on the petitioner by the Principal Special Court for Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act Cases, Madurai in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.383 of 2025, dated 20.02.2025.
3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that the petitioner has complied with the conditions for only three days. Hence, he prays to dismiss this petition.
4. Heard on both sides. This Court has perused the records.
5. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed by the Court below, as hereunder:
"The petitioner shall appear and sign before the learned Special Judge for NDPS Act Cases, Madurai on all working days at 10.00 a.m., until further orders." 2/3
The other conditions shall hold good.
