PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the person or body of the petitioner's second daughter Swaroobhini, who is 24 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

The petitioner seeks production of the person of her daughter, namely, Swaroobhini, aged about 24 years. Even in the complaint, the petitioner has stated that he suspects one Harshad Mohammed, S/o. Kader Meeran for having abducted his daughter. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, upon instructions, would submit that the detenue has married the said Harshad Mohammed and they have surrendered before Pallavaram Police Station. The certificate of marriage has also been produced before this Court. It is stated that the parents of the detenue have also been informed.

H.C.P.(MD) No.457 of 2022 3.Hence, we do not see any case for illegal detention. Therefore, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
