2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that investigation has been completed in Crime No.2 of 2023 and final report has been filed before the Additional Mahila Court, Nagercoil on 28.03.2023, but the same has not been taken on file so far.

3.In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), there shall be a direction to the trial Court to process the final report filed by the respondent police in this case as per the Rules. If the petitioners are aggrieved by the contents of the final report, they can workout their remedy through appropriate proceedings. 4.Accordingly, these criminal original petitions are dismissed as infructuous.
