ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.(MD). No.17223 of 2025 dated 10.10.2025.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the case against the petitioners has been transferred to the 3rd respondent. Hence, there is no need for appearance of petitioners before the 1st respondent police. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 1st respondent would concede that the case against the petitioners has been transferred to the 3rd respondent, therefore, the appearance of the petitioners before the 1st respondent police is not required. 2/4

4.In view of the same, recording the submissions of both sides, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands closed. 24.03.2026 PNM TO
