O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.1 of 2011 within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation is almost completed and that final report is likely to be filed within a period of three months.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is inclined to issue the following direction: "The respondent is directed to complete the investigation and to file final report in Crime No.1 of 2011 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order." https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
