O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I (Fast Track Court No.I, Magistrate Level), Madurai to expedite the proceedings in S.T.C. No. 209 of 2022.

2.According to the petitioner, he is the defacto complainant in this case and he filed the complaint against the respondent and the case is now posted for cross examination of P.W.1 but the respondent when cross examination of the witnesses, frequently getting adjournment without conducting the case.

3.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondent, is inclined to pass order.

4.Considering the stage of the case, the trial Court is directed to complete the trial as early as possible without granting any long adjournment beyond fifteen days.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
