Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondent from evicting the Petitioner's shop bearing No.3 to 8 ,12, 11 and 10 respectively, situated in the outer periphery of the proposed Smart City in Tirunelveli Junction Bus Stand and if necessitated only by way of due process of law within an assurance of re-allotment in the existing place. C O M M O N O R D E R [Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J] Heard Mr.S.Singaravelan, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.Aayiram K.Selvakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondent in all writ petitions.

2.The apprehension of the petitioners is that without issuing notices and conducting enquiry, they would be evicted as per the earlier order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.24612/2018, from the places, where they have been carrying on business. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would state that a list of licensees has been furnished to this Court, as per the earlier order and there is no proposal to remove the writ petitioners from the places where they are carrying on business, at this juncture.

4.Recording the above statement made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, all the writ petitions are closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
