This petition is filed for a direction to direct the second respondent herein to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 10.03.2020 and take necessary action to provide necessary police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and also her property comprised in new survey No.552/31 and old survey No.332 measuring an extent of 2.00 Acre situated at Kulasekarankottai, Vadipatty, Madurai District. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that though he has sought for a relief of police protection, he confines his prayer only to the effect to consider his representation dated 10.03.2020. 3.The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the respondent police would submit that C.S.R.No.117 of 2020 has been assigned and the enquiry will be conducted in the manner known to law.
