This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to file a charge sheet in Crime No. 89 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police as expeditiously as possible. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that in this case, investigation has been conducted and the respondent police are unable to trace out the accused and thereby, temporarily this case has been close as action dropped. If any further information received, then, the respondent police will continue the proceedings and take appropriate steps.

3.Today, the closure report is also served to the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

4.Since the present FIR was already closed as action dropped, no further orders are required to be passed in this case. At the same time, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the above said closure of the complaint, he 2/4
