This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.20428 of 2025, dated 18.11.2025.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for 40 days.
4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition for 4o days, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.(MD)No.20428 of 2025, dated 18.11.2025 is relaxed.
