The petitioner/wife, who is facing the proceedings for divorce at the instance of the husband in H.M.O.P.No.134 of 2018 on the file of the Sub Court, Ramanathapuram, seeks to withdraw and transfer the same to the Sub Court, Virudhunagar.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the H.M.O.P.No.134 of 2018 on the file of Sub Court, Ramanathapuram, may be transferred to the Sub Court, Paramakudi, instead of sub Court Virudhunagr.

3. The said request made by the respondent is not opposed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Considering the submissions made by both parties, this Court is inclined to transfer the H.M.O.P.No.134 of 2018 on the file of the Sub Court, Ramanathapuram to the Sub Court, Paramakudi.

5. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands disposed of. The learned Subordinate Judge, Sub Court, Ramanathapuram, is directed to transmit the papers to the Sub Court, Paramakudi forthwith.

6. The learned Subordinate Judge, Sub Court, Paramakudi, is directed to dispose of the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.134 of 2018 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the papers from the Sub Court, Ramanathapuram after due notice and opportunity https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
