Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.02.2021 in the question of promotion to the post of P.G.Assistant in the vacancy for the panel year 2020 within a time frame as fixed by this Court. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is working as a Graduate Teacher as on 23.12.2005. Thereafter, he completed Master Degree in Economics in November, 2017. The next level of promotion avenue is Post Graduate Teacher, for which, his name was included in the panel for the year 2018 in Sl.No.331 and for the panel year 2019 in Sl.No.85. However, till date, the petitioner was not granted promotion to the post of Post Graduate teacher. Hence, he submitted a representation in this regard dated 08.02.2021. Since, the same has note been considered so far, the petitioner has come up with the present writ petition. 3.Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue a direction to the second respondent to consider the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.[MD]No.6795 of 2021 representation of the petitioner dated 08.02.2021. 4.In view of the above, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.02.2021, within a period of twelve [12] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
