This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.2350 of 2026, dated 06.02.2026.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for 16 days.
4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition for 16 days, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.(MD)No.2350 of 2026, dated 06.02.2026 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent as and when required for investigation.
