RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Relax the bail condition that the Petitioenr shall report before the respondent Police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 A.M until further orders in Crl. M. P No. 4826/2020 in Crl O. P. (MD) No. 8413/2020 dated 29.09.2020. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.A.S.PRABHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.4826 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8413 of 2020, dated 29.09.2020.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and charge sheet also https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.2595 of 2021 filed in S.C.No.4 of 2021 before the learned Principal District Judge, Trichy and the case is posted on 21.04.2021 for further proceedings.

4.In view of the above, the petitioner shall appear before the Court below on all hearing dates without fail. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
