The order passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal at Madurai in I.A.No.2604 of 2019 in S.A.No.621 of 2019, dated 20.02.2020, was the subject matter of challenge in this Civil Revision Petition.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel appearing on either side that the bank offered a One Time Settlement and the same was agreed by the petitioner and on 31.05.2022, the petitioner paid a sum of Rs.8.67 lakhs. In view of the same, 'No Due Certificate' was also issued by the bank.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition and accordingly, the same is closed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. [J.N.B.,J.] & [N.A.V.,J.] 16.09.2022 Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No pm
