ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file charge sheet within a stipulated time limit, in connection with the case in Crime No.219 of 2016.
2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent has registered a case on 28.12.2016, in Crime No.219 of 2016 under Section 420 of I.P.C., however, no final report has been filed so far and hence, the petitioner is before this Court.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is in progress and he seeks three months time for filing a final report.
4. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondent to expedite the investigation and file a final report within a period https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
