Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents herein to reckon half of the temporary service rendered by the petitioner as Plot Watcher from 01.09.1984 to 31.08.1994 as qualifying service along with more than 10 years of service as Plot Watcher from 01.09.1994 and regularize the same for the purpose of old pension and other benefits based on the representation dated 25.06.2019 in the light of the order in W.A.No.887 of 2010 dated 29.04.2011 and the proceedings of the Paramakudi District Educational Officer in Na.Ka.No.2648/Aa1/2008, dated 30.04.2012, within a time frame.

ORDER

By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.The petitioner herein joined service on 01.09.1984 and in worked for more than 21 years of temporarily service as Plot Watcher. The petitioner had been regulated on 18.12.2013 instead of 01.09.1994 without considering GO(Ms)No.22 P&AR Department, dated 28.02.2006. The case of the petitioner is that the period between joining and regulation was not considered. Hence, the petitioner sent a representation on 25.06.2019. Since the representation has not been considered so far, he filed the present writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.This Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 25.06.2019, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
