ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.830 of 2026, dated 12.01.2026.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for 22 days.
4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition for 22 days, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.(MD)No.830 of 2026, dated 12.01.2026 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent as and when required for investigation.
