[Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR.,J.] This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to lay Black Topping Road at Moolaikaraipatti-Nanguneri Road to Arasanarkulam and Arasanarkulam streets in Moolaikaraipatti Town Panchayat as per the estimation prepared by the second respondent and his subordinates under TURIP 2018-2019 Scheme.
2.Though the learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks indulgence of this Court to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the Petitioner, dated 13.2.2019, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents produced https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
before this Court, the proceedings of the third respondent/the Executive Officer, Moolaikaraipatti Town Panchayat, Tirunelveli District, dated 19.2.2019. The learned Special Government Pleader further submitted that already tender has been called for in respect of the works for which the Petitioner has given representation. 3.Recording the fact that the representation of the Petitioner has been considered and tender has been called for, for the works concerned, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
