RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Modify the condition in the order in Crl OP(MD) No. 3693/2021 dated 09.03.2021 on the file of this Honourable Court. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.N.MOHIDEEN BASHA, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3693 of 2021, dated 09.03.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that by an order dated 09.03.

2021, this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner with a condition that the petitioner should contribute 10 bags rice (each 50 kgs) to Al-Ameen Orphanage, Madurai and 10 bags rice(each 50 kg) to Home for mental retardation persons, Madurai. He further submitted that the petitioner was unable to mobilize the fund to contribute rice and hence, he prayed for modification of the above said condition.

3.In view of the above, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3693 of 2021, dated 09.03.2021 is modified and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.2599 of 2021 petitioner is directed to contribute 14 bags of branded ponni rice (each 25 kg) to Al-Ameen Etheem Khana (Orphanage), Al-Ameen Nagar, K.Pudur, Madurai-626007 and 14 bags of branded ponni rice (each 25 kg) to Home for persons with mental retardation, East Panchayat Kalpana Mahal, T.Perungudi, Thirumohur(via), Y.Othakadai, Madurai625107, without prejudice to his defence before this trial Court and time for executing sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
