ORDER
The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.OP. (MD)No.16670 of 2025 dated 26.09.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions for 24 days.
4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the conditions, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP(MD)No.16670 of 2025 on 26.09.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP.(MD)No.16670 of 2025 on 26.09.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 25-02-2026 jbr To
