2.The petitioner seeks issuance of legal heir certificate in respect of his mother.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent states that if the petitioner applies through on-line mode, the same would be considered and disposed of on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks thereafter. 4.Recording the said submission, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
