Mr.S.S.Manoj Government Advocate (Crl. side) Prayer: To relax the condition imposed upon this petitioner in Crl OP(MD) No.23986 of 2025 dated 26.12.2025 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am for until further orders and thus render justice.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.23986 of 2025, dated 26.12.2025.

complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for 51 days.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition for 51 days, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.(MD)No.23986 of 2025, dated 26.12.2025 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent as and when required for investigation.
