Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondent No.4 to comply the order passed in SA.No.14909/E/2021, dated 14.12.2021, by the Respondent No.1 and to provide the necessary documents and consequently direct the 1st Respondent to take necessary action against the 4th Respondent as per Section 20 (1), 20 (2) and 19 (8) (b) of the Right to Information Act 2005 within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the fourth respondent to comply with the order passed 1/3
in SA.No.14909/E/2021, dated 14.12.2021, by the first respondent. 2.A direction has been issued by the first respondent under the Right to Information Act to the fourth respondent to provide the necessary documents as sought for by the petitioner. Since the direction has not been complied with by the fourth respondent, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3.Heard Mr.T.Thirumurugan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Standing Counsel, who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent and Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 2 to 4.
3.No prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if a direction is issued to the fourth respondent to comply with the directions of the first respondent, dated 14.12.2021, passed in SA.No.14909/E/2021, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.Accordingly, this Court directs the fourth respondent to comply with the directions issued by the first respondent on 14.12.2021, in SA.No.14909/E/2021, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
